Purchased a phone on FNB online banking and also insured it with FNB insures. My device got damaged and when I called the FNB devise insurer I was given the run around and I was refereed to Samsung devise center in Roodepoort to get the device checked up and get a invoice to attach to the claims sheet sent for FNB claims centre. After two weeks of waiting for a response the Insurer informs me I was not suppose to have taken my phone to Samsung Devise Center and that they usually send someone to pick up the device.
