We have laid a formal complaint against Toyota CMH Halfway House for selling us a Toyota Corolla under false pretenses.
At no time before, during or after the sale of the Vehicle were we informed that the vehicle was involved in a frontal collision and that airbags had been deployed and not replaced.
We have a service report which confirms that this vehicle has no Airbags and and could have the potential to harm passengers and driver. Since we have had this looked in to the airbag light has come on. We conclude that this must have been bypassed??
It is clear that Toyota CMH Halfway House supplied us with a inferior and defective vehicle and created a false and misleading impression regarding the condition of the vehicle.
We have laid a complaint telephonically and in writing but have yet to receive any form of response or acknowledgement of complaint.
