Insurance to be cancelled

I have reported to [URL Removed] to cancel this insurace on the 2nd of September 2013.
I have send them ttwo letters without response from there side. I am worried that they are going to take another
premium sthe end of this month, i realy do need to cancel this short term insurance.
I have take another insurancen already.
