Was recommended to go to Telesure in Point Rd. I arrived where the security asked if he could assist and introduced himself... never has security ever introduced themselves - what a delight! I was then directed to reception who directed me to a phone and dialled FFW... I gave FFW my details and was assisted most amiably by staff here. My car was assessed almost immediately (i was i think squeezed in) by a very able, and professional Raj who explained why certain parts of my car would and would not be replaced. All in all i was at the assessment centre for roughly an hour wherein i was able to make a claim and have an assessment done - what a pleasure and would highly recommend this centre to anyone else!
