After being promised calls back and having Dial Direct renege on a promise they'd made to me when I called in, I waited in vain for the initial lady I'd spoken to, to get back to me. Numerous calls later I managed to get hold of Milly. I received the documentation needed not even 10 minutes after speaking to her. The same thing happened this morning. I emailed and got an immediate response. Milly, you (and Cornelia), but most you have restored my faith in Dial Direct. Thank you for letting me rant and helping me anyway.
