Due to the bad service, and for other reasons I have descided to close my Discovery Card
2 weeks ago I logged a call to decrease my limit, got a reference, but it was never done
Tuesday I called to close my account. Someone HAD to phone me back
I got a call wednesday, and after I had to justify and explain that I want to close my account and that there is no two ways about it, I was told I would receive a form via email to complete. Within the hour.
It is a day later and I am still waiting
