Very poor turn around time on claims

My claim was finalised on Monday and i was told the money will be in my account within three days, it is the fourth day today but the money hasnt been paid.i called Justin and he told me the payment bounced.this dude does'nt bother calling me, throughout the claim i have been the one calling him to find out what is happening. I WANT THIS SORTED OUT TODAY!!!
