When I called Auto & General my call was routed to Ryan Kisten. He was professional and offered his assistance in a friendly and relaxed manner when I recounted the details of a claim. He asked relevant questions on the details of the claim and gave me honest feedback on the conditions of the claim.
Though the claim amount was vastly short of the value of my garden equipment and clothes off my line, he did explain in a very pleasant and concerned manner that the payment cap applied to this claim. He called me within 3 hours to inform me that my claim has been finalised and that the money would be in my account within 2 to 3 days.
I would recommend Auto & General to all whom I know as my experience was more than positive. It was delightful indeed.
