I am so tired and HIGHLY disappointed with service and lack of claim payment with AIG/Chatis.
I submitted my claim on the 14th November 2012 was told it will take 7 for 14 days, after 14days I called to follow up, ended up calling almost every day just to be told that they systems are down. Finally on the 3rd of January 2013 I get through and their systems are up, and I get told that my claim is NOT ON THE SYSTEM.! Now I had to resubmit my claim. I get told they have a back log, the claims are being done manually. Now this time when I call to follow up, my claim is STILL NOT ON THE SYSTEM, or, THEY OFFLINE or I get told that they have a back log, as if that is my problem seeing that I submitted my claim in November already and should only take 7 to 14 days. I called again on 28th Jan 2013 guess what it's still not on the system. The lady resent my clam, as she was the one I sent it to on the 3rd and told me too call Thursday or Friday. I called again today, Thursday, 31st Jan 2013 and still nothing. I am really tired and p! ssed off and I WANT THIS CLAIM SORTED OUT NOW. It is 11 weeks from the first time I submited!
