Unfair Listing in Credit Report

I just discovered that my credit card application was declined because of something on a credit query from Transunion. I also did my own credit query from Experian and I see no defaults whatsoever on my name.. WHY DO YOU HAVE WRONG DETAILS UNDER MY NAME ON YOUR CREDIT REPORTS?!?
That's crimen injuria!!
