Unnecessary bank charges for double deduct on loan

I am utterly disgusted and disappointed in standard bank at the moment. I went to the branch in Sandton yesterday and was assisted by a lady by the name of Emma, who gave me a reference number (51572259) and a time frame on when my query will be resolved as my loan is being deducted a number of times from my account which is charging my unnecessary bank charges. It makes me so upset to have been a customer of standardbank for so many years and be treated in this manner. This is now really unfair that one can be treated in such a way. Now this morning another record on my account being debited for an unknown reason with the note: Shortfall recoverd outstanding. This makes me regret ever being a standard bank custome
