kindly assist as on numerous occassion I have sent requests to mfc care for a statement as I don't receive this monthly and to date I received no feedback I even requested for a settlement letter and no response
I am tired of dealing with an incompetent instition
I do not receive any call back from the compliants department when I log complaints yet alone from the person who deals with the hellopeter complaints
