NO FEEDBACK AND DON'T CARE ATTITUDE

My dad has a bond with Fnb. On the 3/09/2013 his account was debited with R1300 and when he enquired he was told that the housing allowance has been cancelled by his employer bacause the bond final instalment was in AUGUST. He was then told to come back to chris hani branch the following day to collect some documents from BONGANI to take to Hr. It took a while before they can EVEN explain to him what the debit was for and he was first told the money was for cellphone banking. he went to the branch this morning and no docs were sent by melanie. i then phoned Melamie to understand ther reason thereof . she said the account is now under investigation because something is not right with the acc. I ask why didn't she phone my dad to inform him that he must not go to the branch. she said she was in a meeting. WE WANT TO KNOW WHAT INVESTIGATION IS HAPPENING AND WHY NOBODY HAS INFORMED MY DAD. THE BOND IS PAID VIA PAYROLL AND WHY MUST HE NOW BE TREATED LIKE THIS. I DONT EXPECT THIS FROM FNB AND IT MUST BE SORTED URGENTLY. WHY IS MELANIE NOT EVEN BOTHERED TO KEEP MY DAD IN THE LOOP AND WHY MUST HE SPEND MONEY FOR TRANSPORT FOR NOTHING WHEN YOU CAN JUST PHONE HIM. SORT IT OUT
