Trace alert for studies i did at Damelin in 2005

Good day

i applied for vehicle finance and was turned down. then when i requested an ITC profile, i see DMC has a trace alert on my name. i called them and spoke to the guy who didn't want to mention his name. i explained to them that the particular fees they want, i did not do that module coz i cancelled the course.

then i got an sms to say i can pay on discounted fees because it s my birthday month. i called that number on the msg. i explained to them that i did not do the module they want me to pay for. i told them to contact Damelin and get a statement. and this did not happen, till to date

please get DMC to remove the trace alert on my profile. this is the second time they are doing this.
this is getting frustrating really!
