Colsol and terrible All round service

Good day

in June my wesbank debit order did not go off and after a heated debate and argument I agreed to give you the benefit of the doubt and made a payment arrangement over the following months until September the 3rd 2013
I even paid the penalty even though this was not my fault.

The first month went smoothly no issues
The second month the payment goes off my account But, I get a very rude phone call saying that my credit score is being affected because I haven't paid wesbank the agreed amount, therefore I receive threats of reclamation of the vehicle I asked the lady why she said I have not paid.
Third and final month (September) I get a phone call from colsol another gentleman that was so rude he did not let me finish my sentence and he was adamant to send him my statements as I have paid wesbank SHORT 1000 odd rand.. I mean how is this possible if its a debit order arranged by your team.
and now I am liable for a fine and I am now in the firing line for my credit record. anyway I sent him my statements and now I am not getting replies.
I shouldn't deal with this.. I am a young professional that is currently paying 20 - % interest because I am under 25. FIX THIS PLEAS
