My annual insurance premium advice came through on the email and noticed that it had gone up substantially. My husband and I are pensioners and so I telephoned the insurance company and spoke to Velile Sikosana. He was most helpful and extremely polite. I got off the phone with him with a big smile on my face and a big thank you from my husband.
