Yesterday I had received my annual increase on my insurance policy with Auto & General... when I opened my mail I was certainly not happy!!
I then called A&G call centre and talked to Brent Kowlessar, who by the way, immediately put back the smile on my face just by talking to him... very nice guy.
I then told him my concern and he got to work and brought down my premium from 20% to only 3%... I was so impressed with his people skills and customer service i thought i just had to share!!
