On the 29/07/2013 I was standing still at a red robot when the lady behind me bump into my car. I went and got 3 quote's just to here from them they do not use that quote's. On the 06/08/2013 I went to the assesor their quote is R10386.81.Themba send me my paper where they only want to pay out R5548.00 on the 28/08/2013. I phoned him on the 30/08/2013 and he was not in. I phone again on the 02/09/2013 and told him I'm not happy with the amount they want to pay out and he told me I need to speak to the assesor. I phoned the assesor today and told him what Temba told me he also want to know how Temba got to that amount. I phoned just now and Temba is not in. I'm very unhappy as Temba told me to phone the guy that I do not need to speak to and I must phone back as he do not get back to me.
