I needed to book a car at about 10:30 on Thursday night last week. I tried to do it on line but was having problems with the system. I called the branch at the airport and got hold of Temba. He was so friendly and looked for the best and most cost effective option for me. He got all my details and sorted it all out for me. One would imagine that at that time of night, staff are tired and grumpy but not Temba! He was a great advert for client service! Thanks Temba - it make a huge difference to me and when I collected the car this morning everything was done and waiting for me. All your trouble was much appreciated!
