Unprocessed claim after two weeks

On the 12 of october I called into the Nedgroup insurance call centre to put in a claim after I had suffered some damages in my yard due to a storm that occured in Pretoria. I first had to deal with an incompetent call centre agent who did not handle my query in the appropriate manner. Finally I was told that an assesor would come to my house to the extent of the damage. On monday the 14th an assesor came, after not recieving any feedback I phoned the assesor and she told me that they have given the details to Nedbank and that it was now up to them. I then called the call centre and spoke to one lesego who was unable to help me, I insisted on speaking to the supervisor Cowen Perumal who at first refused to speak to me as I was told he was in a meeting only to find that He wasnt. Eventually He told me that the claim was given to Skhumbuzo and there is nothing that He can do. Today I am told by one lady that they only received the claim today, she then promised to ask skhumbuzo's manager to phone me and I am still waiting 5 hours later. My claim reference number is: NED13150593. The tree is now positioned in a dangerous manner and has been for two weeks now. Please help.
