My daughter purchased a Motor car a few years back and it was financed by Motor Finance corporation. She has kept her payments up to date, and they are still up to date. She has recently got divorced, with no settlement from her ex husband, and now finds that the - R3500 monthly repayment is crippling her, as her husband used to assist with payments, but of course no more. She phoned MFC to ask them for advice on how to reduce the payments to a manageable amount. She was told to expect some feedback, but despite 2 emails from her, a fax from her, 3 phone calls from me, and an email from me, all this over a 10 day period, we have not even had the courtesy of an acknowledgement, let alone a suggestion as to how to assist her. For a Nedbank company, their service is absolutely diabolical.
