For the past 2 months I have been contacting the Call centre with regards to my pension monies that was supposed to be paid out tomorrow. From my first call to you, I have made special arrangements for my monies to be paid out sooner. The agents of the call centre then advised me to call on a weekly basis, which I did, in order to track the whole process. They said that the DISINVESTMENT were going to take place on the 17th of October, and thereafter they will request for the TAX directive. I called them on the 17th, only to hear that no Disinvestment took place. I had to call back a day or two later. I called again on Monday, 21 October, where I was told that my money will be paid on the 25th and that I must call them today, 24 Oct. I called them this morning and they said that I will not get my money tomorrow!!!
Why all these promises? I will now not be able to pay rent, medical aid or treat my 3year old son on his birthday tomorrow, BECAUSE OLD MUTUAL TO ME FROM THE START!
