False advertisements, still blacklisted

I joint credit salvage with the promise that they remove blacklisting and judgements.

After paying the initial to have my file worked over, the first few weeks Cynthia the consultant made called me a couple of times to tell me that a file had been opened for me and she was working on my file.

After that she stopped communicating with me for months, I had to call Cynthia to find out was happening with case. After calling her on a weekly basis, she told me that my blacklisting cant be removed.

I feel the whole process was a waste of time, I paid money to be told that I am still blacklisted.
