I HAVE SEND AN DISINVESTMENT FORM TO OLD MUTUAL, I RECEIVED THEIR AUTOMATED EMAIL CONFIRMING THE RECEIPT OF THE FORMS, THIS ALL HAPPENED 09/04/2013 . TOAY I TRIED TO PHONE THE CALL CENTRE (0860-50-60-70) TO CONFIRM THAT ALL DOCUMENTS ARE IN ORDER SO THAT THE DISINVESTMENT CAN BE PROCESSED WITHOUT DELAYS, BUT AFTER 3 CALLS EACH LONGER THAN 30MIN OF HOLDING, I HAVE GIVEN UP AND HOPEING THIS COMPLAINT WOULD GET ME TO SPEAK TO A PERSON AND NOT AN AUTOMATED VOICE AND SONGS
