My husband and I have been in contact with Momentum Employee Beneifts department as he recently resigned from his employer and is awaiting his fund payout from Momentum who administered the account.
This process has taken quite some time bearing in mind that he resigned Oct. What is more frustrating about it is the lack of response received from Momentum Employee Benefits. The agent indicates that she will call you and never does. Because we share one bank account we were issued with forms from Momentum indicating the 3rd party information only to findout they dont pay out to a 3rd party any longer. Only because we have been calling did we find this out. If we didnt we would still be waiting I'm sure. We opened a new account and send the info through on the 12th Nov only to hear by another agent it showed they only received the docs yeterday which once agin will delay our disinvestment of our money! Bearing in mind we specifically asked for this before Xmas which doesnt seem to be an option because of the delays and poor follow up. we are just emotionally drained by now with the back and to of their service, that is so dissapointing. For your own money! "Fed Up"
