Last straw - your automated Q system!!

Shocking that after all that has happened - from being told and been humiliated by Sharon (supposed bank manager???) in public that I always complain to Nedbank's continued failing automated queueing system, I am giving up on your bank. You have some fantastic staff that try their best, but they are restricted by poor and in most cases no management and dis-functional systems. Each and everyone of your floor and teller staff that had been part of my troubled journey, have all made an effort to apologise and assist, but with one glaring ommission your bank manager Sharon. She has never once made an effort to apologise or make me feel that my business is at all important. In fact, she has made it perfectly clear that she does not care... she has passed by me on a number of occasions and not as much as a sign of acknowledgement..

Well done Sharon, you WIN - you got rid of me...
Sad part is that I complain because I loved banking with Nedbank and I just wanted you to fix that that did not work for me and a whole lot of your other customers, but you did not care

I AM GOING TO CLOSE MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT WITH NEDBANK AND HAVE ALREADY PUT AN APPLICATION IN AT FIRST NATIONAL BANK
