I want a full refund of the dead blackberry 9900

I recently got myself a blackberry 9900 bold through your call centre FNB Connect. The phone gave me problems 2 weeks after getting it, it just decided not to read a memory card any more, the scroll button only works when it feels like it, when i type a message it was showing some funny symbols, i called the call centre abt it and i was told i must take it to a cell c shop. I took it there and told them they must take and send it back to you guys... i do not want that stupit phone anymore, i do not care that cell said to me they will repair it... now that wont happen i want my monry back i paid it cash, and if i cannot get value for my my money, i would rather keep my cash please,!!! If nit so i am gona paint that company RED i dont even understand whey sell phones and let them booked in at cell because its just a bunch iof useless people there...
