My car is insured with Miway insurance and on 24 November 2012 an elderly lady drove into the side of me.
i was in a bit of shock at first and she took advantage of that by supplying me with as little details as possible.
she quickly rushed off when my father arrived to check if i was OK. my father took me to the police station straight away and we reported the accident.
Miway was very quick and efficient to get everything organized so that the car could be repaired and had told me that i must pay the excess and this will be refunded once they have received the money from the lady that drove into me. we supplied them with all the details we had but they Say that they could not find her so we did a quick look up of her and found her home address and supplied this to Miway.
the last time we spoke to Miway was February 2013.
it is now September 2013 and still nothing has been done.
does Miway condone people getting away with crimes or are they just too lazy to do there job?
i want to know when this will be sorted as i have been more than patient and nobody has given us an update in 7 months.
I can't say that the level of service is bad because it is non existent
