No effective communication

After i submitted my claim i got an sms saying they received the damage report n thy will call me soon to discuss and its been a week and am still waiting. I tried calling few times and everytime am told thy need to do validation and remember wen u call u first need to go through the auto voice and that on its own its money and time. Now the question is how long does it take to do that? this is my second claim in a very short tym and the first one didnt take this long and i thnk at first i was really at ease knowing thy would come through to me. I respect and understand the process that need to take place but not communication is very stressful. I honestly thout in this stressful period of my life insurnace will be the least of my problems but seems its on top plus on top of that it involves the third party. I have a long trip planned by 20 September i really thot my car will be ready by then but seems like i will gt it next year. Trully am very frustrated
