No communication on a claim lodged

I had an accident on 29 September 2013. I reported it immediately, a claim was lodges on 30 September 2013. I was told by the claim adviser Penelope Raphela that a report will be given within 3 days from date of reporting the claim. Until this day no one from my way has called me. I have been calling them and every time i'm being told the report has not been received from the assessors, only today i'm told the report has been received and they don't know how long the repairs will take. i am worried because the courtesy i must take it back on the 30th and i cant afford not be mobile. Am not happy with the service from my insurance.
