My husband died in December 2012. I have continued to use and pay for my discovery card, since his death. I would like to go visit my son in London, so I tried to claim OUR Discovery Miles. I was told that these will be forfeited as my husband was the primary member and did not give me permission to use them. I am the sole beneficiary of his will, and the executor of his estate. Having said this, I am entitled to them.
I am very hurt by DISCOVERY CARD's behaviour in the way that I am being dealt with. I cannot believe after all these years of loyalty, I get slapped in the face this way.
