So I reported of an incident that took place where 1495 was taken from my account almost over a month ago already and well I still haven't received a refund. Now fnb is money and they thinks its right!!! I will change banks because is not something that I I will let pass I will be taking this further and making sure I bring everyone down involved in this scheme where you allow peoples money to be taken and everyone smiles it all away. Fnb service and so does the empty promises.
