Ever since this "new and improved" Online Banking website was launched, FNB have somehow neglected to include the eBucks Rewards Level section. I have called in to enquire about it and they said it would be included soon. That was WEEKS ago.
This is amateur stuff... They claim to have been voted the best bank in the world... Errr... Rushing out an incomplete product to gain marketing hype is not World Class, it's decidedly amateur.
Add this to the other issue I have raised regarding the website (ref 1-739875374) and it starts to look like complacency is creeping in. How sad that this is the best that banking has to offer.
This might seem like just two mistakes, but if they see it that way, then they have already started going down a dark path that will have people (myself included) starting to consider Capitec as a real alternative.
