I have long been a long standing client on the eBucks programme through my accounts with RMB
Private bank. I have noticed that there has been a drastic drop in my discount level from 40% to 10%
since July 2013. I understand there was a change in the rewards scheme and was advised in the media that the new scheme had improved benefits.
If that's the case can someone please explain to me why my discount level has reduced by 30%?
I do not know at this time if I still have my 15% fuel discount.
I have tried contacting the customer support line to enquire how I can make the required updates re: receiving extra points for electronic statements, online banking use etc. which I do, but no one can help me.
I do not consider a 30% drop an improvement.
I have a considerable portfolio with RMB and at the moment I am extremely unhappy.
I require a full report regarding the declined rate of discount earned.
Your urgent response would be appreciated.
