MFC does not want to provide Proof of Settlement for the Paid Up account, nobody knows what it is, they know the quotation for settlement but once you pay they cannot proof that you have paid your account in full. Nobody takes responsibility and they do not give you any answers. I spoke to a Dimakatso at 14h30-45 on 2013-09-02 and apparently managers (Lwando) was in meetings with all supervisors and they do not respond to emails sent to [Email Removed] they are all USELESS regarding they customer service, thus how they MAKE THINGS HAPPEN!!
