I find it shocking that I have to complain yet again in order to have the matter resolved. I complained last year using this site regarding the interest on my loan and was told that my loan was rescheduled and that I only had 7 installments left to pay. This was due to an error on FNB's side and interest charged on an over-payment of a loan which was not my fault. I have checked my statement and see that the debit order is still going off.
I called two months ago complaining about this and was told telephonically by a team leader that the loan was indeed rescheduled and that she would have a discussion with the accounts department.
I am now at the point of using the channels offered to me by the Consumer Protection Act as I feel that am being ill treated and that the normal channels offered by the bank are not allowing for this to be resolved.
I am honestly VERY TIRED of this!!! Please get your act together!!!
