Misleading of clients & having to suffer as result

I had a loan with boodle and was given the banking details with the loan number being 866293, which I paid on the 28th of August and was advised to send the PoP after paying which I did. I followed up with a call to find out if my mail had been received where I was advised they had and they will be getting back to me with a settlement letter to date being the 31st of AugustI have not received. This morning I was woken up to a threatening SMS advising me to make payment which I had already done and had sent the proof of payment for.
It's now again 12pm and I'm still getting these threatening SMS after I have spoken telephonically and via email to Nokukhanya Phenkuka and Princess Mathiso and was assured at each interval this matter had been resolved. This is totally unacceptable!!!
