I forwarded an emails through to collections stating that our salary date has changed, however i received an sms saying i have not made a payment, really?!!! when i called i waited for more than 10minutes to get through to collections dept, i spoke to Sibelo and i was informed that they will be deducting an extra 250 as my account went into arrears for not paying, after i sent all the required documents i was told it is not showing on their system that my salary date has changed. i will not recommend any person to borrow from Bruma, i will make sure i inform everybody i know of this service!!!
