FNB turning a blind eye to my problem

I sent in a complaint to FNB last week about their incorrect billing and unnecessary billing. I got an email saying they were working on it. But almost a week later I have not heard from them. I am seriously considering moving banks because it seems they are being callous with my hard-earned cash! If you don't value me as a customer I will find somebody who does!
