Never received a statement as of my payments

I am being constantly harrased due to none payment and have been paying for more than a year. I never received statments of my payments that have been made. According to my sms my balance remains as per two years ago.
I also send an email to [Email Removed] I urgently wants an updated statement as to my payments and outstanding balance.
I am not sure about your contact details 087 825 0443 as this is not the same number as refected on Creditworx web site.
Please assist urgently.
