I cancelled all my policies in August. In September a debit order of Outsurance was still active. Once I phoned to enquire I was told that the policy was not cancelled as I thought. However, person... Sibongile???... will contact her supervisor and revert back. However, the amount that was debited will be returned only after a deduction was made for a portion of September. (remember I cancelled this policy well in advance).
This was on Monday 2 September. On Tuesday I phoned again with the same reply, with a repremading os "I said I would have contacted you either today or tomorrow". Thereafter I asked to contact me the same day at twelve at least even if she didn't receive feedback. Never happend...
On Wednesday I got tired of strugling with them and then I got bored of the situation.
I'm yet to receive any feedback.
(P.S. Lack of feedback after a claim is exactly one of the reasons I left you guys, Outsurance. What happend to your awesome service? Tisk tisk tisk.
