Lue credit card not being told how it works

I am a new african bank costumer I was told that I will have a limit of 4000 per month on my credit card but when I checked my balance on the morning of the 2/09/2013 it said I have a available balance of 200 and something if that is not false pretenses I don't know I was not told that ill only have the money that was paid by debit order on my card then they did not supply the right information to me as a costumer if they don't set things right the are gone lose a costume
