I can sum my experience up in one word... WOW

I have been disappointed by the incompetence of Standard Bank for almost six months.

I found the place that I wanted but was doubtful that I would get finance because my PA had been following up daily with the bank and they could not tell us where my application was in their dinosaur system.

I found the perfect home and within hours I got a mail from Ashley stating that he needed some information from me. Within few days, I had received a notice in my mail stating that my application was successful and the terms were better than i could have imagined.

I am so smitten with Ashley's efficient and professional demeanor that I just had to say so on this public forum because he refused any gifts to say thank you.
