Deeply dissapointed to be banking with FNB

I was made a victim of / - I went to the Atm in mitchells plain to withdraw funds for a bus ticket, while i was busy I was about to insert my card and noticed that the screen shows card services, then i was confused as i have never seen this screen - a man appeared to me wanting to assist, i stood with my back to him and entered my pin on the screen and then found it strange that the atm was prompting me to put in my cellphone number. a few seconds after the man dispeared and i was left in shock as i was waiting for the prompt to come up where i need to put in the amount to withdraw the funds, I realised there and then that it had to be, i used my cellphone number to call the contact number on the ATM but could not as my free minutes does not allow me to call any 080 numbers - contract i have, long story short i cancelled my cards, reported this to the police and reported the case to fnb in promenade, the consultant who assisted me advised that this kind of thing normally happens on the 03rd, 15th, 20th, 25th as they are aware of this scheme, i would like to know why was i not notified of this as a FNB card holder - i lost R3000.00 and FNB does not want to refund
