Apparently the [Email Removed] is not for bank confirmations or audit certificates from FNB.
All the other banks (Standard bank) has a confirmations email and assist with the confirmations. Standard bank sends the confirmation completed within 24 hours (AMAZING SERVICE).
FNB however responds by saying that we should contact our branch for assistance, they don't send any details, numbers or names.
WHAT IS THE POINT OF A CONFIRMATIONS LINE IF THEY JUST REDIRECT YOU TO YOUR BRANCH WITH NO FURTHER ASSISTANCE OR HELP, CONTACT DETAILS OR NAMES!!!
