Made changes to my ibanking without my permission

I work in Africa and only needed to have my password reset. I was asked for my international telephone number which I gave them, not realizing that my current SA number was going to be "updated" by the international number. This is not a cell phone that can receive sms notifications. This means I am not getting the rvn number to reset my password, resulting in me being blocked off my own account. When I am next in SA I am DEFINATELY changing banks.
