REFUSE TO GIVE PAID UP LETTER OR UPDATE INFO

I had taken two wonga loans for the month of july and august respectively. The loans were paid back. Wonga failed to update the information correctly on ITC and despite so many emails and phone calls to them in regards send me paid up letters and updating my information on ITC, they still refuse to act on my instruction. What is worse, whenever I call them, I wait several minutes on the line; finally I speak to an operator who then places me on hold for a longer period. I spent R120 airtime on one single call alone today and they still didn't bother to return the call when it ended due to airtime getting finished. Firstly not updating the correct information on ITC is an offense and secondly by law I am entitled to the paid letter. I trust that this is in order and would be done accordingly. I will personally see to it that my attorneys from clientele legal will sort them out if it is not done asap. Please don't use wonga they are pathetic.
