After about a month i finally got very friendly service from Candice, she assured me she was on the case as soon as i reported the bad service i got to, and she sorted my complaint within a day. The call from RCS collections was unheard of and they have no knowledge of that, but alas, my query is sorted, and the monies spent on my card was refunded including all service charges and interest. Thank you RCS!
