Using online banking on the 21st of August, I requested that someone from FNB contact me. I received a notification informing me that I will be contacted within one (1) business day.By the 26th of August no one had contacted me. I lodged a complaint online (ref 54504700) about this. As yet I am still waiting for someone to contact me regarding my request and the complaint. Do not tell me you are going to contact me within a day and then keep me waiting for a week. I am frustrated and unhappy with the total absence of service. And irritated that I have to resort to Hello Peter before someone from my bank has the courtesy to respond to my requests.
