My mother received a letter from this people in December 2012 and thereafter various calls. She have paid Home Choice in full on the 20/12/11 and received a confirmation letter from NRB risk solutions to confirm the payment. I called Pholosa this morning to confirm this and they still have it on their system as outstanding but how come they received the file from Home Choice 05/10/10 but have no updated records. Cherry on the cake is when I alled I spoke to a very rude consultant Melody, asking her for her surname tells me that it is only [URL Removed] with her in english but rude that she is switch over to afrikaans very cheeky. I told her in the beginning of the converstion that my mom is in hospital but she insist that she will phone her to clear this up as I`m not the account holder. This is not on
